Description

Greentune: Is a licensed ECU upgrade utilising Factory remapping protocols directly from and into your vehicles Engine Control Unit. Tuning is via the OBDII port and does not overwrite nor does it compromise existing Porsche Service, Repair or Upgrade protocols. We retain low "in gear" torque limits (especially important with the latest Twin Clutch transmissions); retain maximum RPM and cold running restrictions and vitally - maintain all the absolute limp home protections. This is NOT a clandestine remap and complies with all Porsche coding and diagnostics as a factory map.

Remapping: Is completed by DNA Tuning in the United Kingdom who select each tune tailored from an extensive suite of specific factory maps which are MotorSport based. A "tune" is related directly to the information we collect from your cars ECU and includes the Model, ECU ID and Chassis numbers which are all validated utilising Internet IP protocols. The final version file for your car is then specifically tailored to your car alone and an access license issued. All our files are restricted to Stage 1 level tuning which is based upon the fuel quality (98 octane recommended) all this then optomises the engine and drivetrain in your car and all this is compiled from the manufacturers own library.

Economy: Might be a oxymoran when talking about "tuning" - but Greentune not only delivers more power and torque - it provides more flexiblity which transforms into improved economy? Warranty: We provide a full Drivetrain written warranty up to 36 months from the date of first registration or for vehicles older than 3 years and less than 5 years old - a 12 month Warranty. All tunes have a 30 day money back guarantee - if you are not satisfied we restore the original factory file at our expense (Conditions Apply).

Installation: OBDII port read and write is done in two stages and generally READ on one day and WRITE to the ECU the next. For Out of town (Auckland) vehicles the ECU can be removed (we provide technical instructions) and couriered to us. We will then using sophisticated BDM equipment READ and WRITE the files and return the complete "Tuned" ECU by the next working day.
